The Early Renaissance was a cultural rebirth that started in Florence, Tuscany, around the year 1400. The Renaissance began in Italy because it was at the center of trade routes between Asia, Africa, and Europe and this allowed Italian wealthy merchants to support artists, writers, and scholars. It was a time of new ideas and inventions. Art, science, and literature started to revive. The early Renaissance in Tuscany is represented by artists such as Masaccio, Fra Angelico, Paolo Uccello, Titian and many other talents Tuscany gave to the world. The works of these artists can still be seen today in museums. Don`t hesitate to visit them and see it all with your own eyes.
